Our history
From office technology to voice AI – a story from Elsterwerda
The early years
Zöllner Büro- & IT-Systeme GmbH was founded to supply companies in the Elsterwerda area with up-to-date office technology and IT infrastructure. What began as a classic office equipment dealer soon became a full IT service provider with a focus on communication.
The move to cloud telephony
When cloud telephony arrived we recognised the potential of modern VoIP systems early on. As a certified NFON partner we have supported companies for years in moving from traditional phone systems to flexible cloud solutions. That expertise is now the basis for our voicebot integrations.
The step to AI-supported communication
Digitalisation brought new demands: companies have to be reachable around the clock without overloading their staff. That is where intelligent voice assistants come in. Through our partnership with botario, a leading AI voicebot platform, we can offer tailored voice AI solutions that integrate into existing phone systems.
